This coming Saturday (28th June) will see the latest Glossopdale Labour Councillors Shopper’s Surgery.
Taking place from 10.00am until 11.30am in the central Glossop location of the Glossop Market Arcade, the shopper’s surgery will feature Councillors Colin Waude and Godfrey Claff who represent Howard Town, Garry Parvin from Old Glossop, Bob Mckeown from Hadfield South, Anthony Mckeown from Gamesley and County Councillor Damien Greenhalgh who represents Glossop and Charlesworth.
Apologies this month from Councillor Graham Oakley from Whitfield who is unavailable, but should you have any issues the other councillors in attendance will be happy to help or take details to pass on.
As usual for the shoppers surgery there’s no set theme and the councillor’s will be happy to help with any, comments, questions and concerns that locals may have.
The councillors hold the surgery in the central location of the Glossop Market Arcade as it’s somewhere you may be passing whilst out on a Saturday rather than you having to go somewhere special, however councillors aren’t just available at surgeries and if you have an issue but aren’t about on Saturday please still get in touch.

Cllr Garry Parvin commented “Each shopper’s surgeries is a great opportunity to hear from locals about the issue that matter to you in your local area and if you have an issue that you think we should be working on please let us know.”
