Manchester is the centre of gravity for our ecconomy and culture and the train ...is the obvious way to travel. Glossop has become increasingly isolated and under-served with its lack of a public hall and a library that would be a disgrace for a small village. As a pensioner I depend on the Gold Card discount to afford the journey to the city. The message is growing that that DCC doesn't understand or care about Glossop and its residents. David Swanston
